- Place your magnet maker and cutter on a flat and stable hard surface.
- Use only 115gsm paper or thinner
- Print and cut out your photos using the cutter provided.
- In mould A place:
1) Metal plate
2) Printed paper
3) Mylar sheet
Make sure that there is only 1 of each material in the mould.
Make sure to align the materials as below.

- Rotate the bottom plate and press mould A
- In mould B place 1x plastic backing
- Rotate the bottom plate and press mould B
- Make sure to align all materials in each mould correctly.
- Make sure to press each mould with a smooth, single pull down of the lever.
Stopping half way or applying an uneven pressure may result in the magnet not pressing correctly. -
Make sure to always purchase the materials from your magnet maker supplier!
This is very important as even the slightest difference in materials can cause a permanent damage to the maker! - Make sure to always clean you magnet maker and cutter after each use.
- Make sure to oil your magnet maker and cutter regularly.
The frequency will depend on the usage with an increased maintenance required if used in a humid environment.
