Do your prices include VAT?
Yes, prices shown on our website include VAT, unless stated otherwise.
Can I get a VAT invoice for my order?
Yes, VAT invoices are available for our business customers. Please email info@sub-blanks.co.uk with your order number to request one.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is calculated at checkout based on your order’ weight and shipping option chosen.
We offer free delivery on all orders above £150 incl VAT.
Some of our products already come with free shipping as standard. You will see a green “Free Shipping” banner on all eligible products. If you see that, this means there is no minimum spend on that product to receive free delivery.
How quickly will my order be dispatched?
We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Dispatch times may vary during busy periods, sales or seasonal launches.
Current processing time is 1 working day with most orders shipped the same day if placed by 12pm (noon).
What are your opening hours? And can I come and browse your products in person?
We are working 9am-4pm Monday-Friday (no weekends or bank hols).
Sorry, we do not have a store where you could browse our products.
I’m local to you, can I collect my order in person?
Definitely!
Please note that we operate on a strictly by appointment only basis for any collections so please make sure to contact us as soon as you place your order to agree a convenient collection time.
Do I need to pay for collection?
No, all collection services are free
Can I order in bulk?
Yes.
Most of our products are available in multi-packs at discounted prices. Please go to https://www.sub-blanks.co.uk/collections/sublimation-wholesale to view our bulk offers
Do you sell finished printed products?
No, we do not sell finished products except for our machine-made fridge magnets.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a range of payment methods including Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Clearpay and Shop Pay (including instalment payments).
I can’t see Clearpay at the checkout, can you help?
Clearpay is only available on orders above £50 incl VAT.
If your cart is £50 or above, please follow the below to checkout with Clearpay:
1. Click “Check out”
Your checkout will most likely default to Shop Pay so please follow the below steps for Clearpay.
2. If your checkout defaulted to Shop Pay, please log out of your Shop Pay account or click “checkout as guest” in the top right corner.
3. Scroll down to more payment options
4. Click Clearpay and enter your details
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes, you can now pay in 3 interest-free instalments for any orders above £50 incl VAT.

What should I do if there is a problem with my order?

Can I return an item?

Gift Cards
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes. We offer e-gift cards that can be used on products available at Sublimation Blanks UK. Gift cards are digital, so no physical card is posted.
How long are gift cards valid for?
Gift cards are valid for 3 years from the purchase date.
Can gift cards be refunded?
No. Due to the nature of e-gift cards, they cannot be returned or refunded.
